Project Management

Risk Management
The risk management (RM) plan that we create at the onset of a project includes the Methodology, Roles and Responsibilities of the RM team, Budgeting for RM, Timing of when and how often the RM will be performed, Risk Categories, and Definitions of risk probability and impact.
Audit
The audit model of our Evolution Methodology™ helps assess post-implementation reviews, and audits of existing IT environments and teams. This approach is based on best practices developed from our vast experience, as well as some ISO and IEEE specifications.
Estimation/Forecasting
The estimation model helps us define a standard Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and then we use it to build a repository from which to estimate and manage the cost and schedule of projects. We learn from every project and build the model to better estimate the next one.
