We are seeking a Project Manager with experience implementing ServiceNow to join the Application & Client Services team. Desiring a hands-on, self-starter, and team player possessing both technical and interpersonal skills. Must be flexible and able to meet deadlines set by internal and external agencies to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Advocate for change and effectively communicate project value, including navigating individual viewpoints and building consensus.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing projects utilizing agile methodology
- Experience and understanding of project management methodology
- Experience creating end-user documentation, standards, and processes
- Experience implementing ServiceNow
- Experience with CA Clarity Portfolio Management
- Experience with MS Project
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with MS Visi
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Services
- Experience with SharePoint Online
- Experience with MS Teams
- Experience managing request for proposals (RFPs)
- Experience managing contract/scope development
- Experience managing infrastructure upgrades
- Experience managing application enhancements and new development
- Experience managing implementation of COTS/vendor applications with multiple integrations
- Experience with web application programming
- Experience with content management systems
- Experience with API, database, and system design
- Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams and interacting at all levels
- Experience interacting professionally with a diverse group including developers, product owners, and subject matter experts
