Jobs Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to work at a single point of contact help desk using GroupLink’s everything Helpdesk application.

Qualifications

  • Required Experience (2 years):
  • Experience working at a single point of contact help desk.
  • Experience using Group Link’s everything Helpdesk application.
  • Experience with Jira's Service Management applications.
  • Experience demonstrating strong customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Experience demonstrating good team-oriented interpersonal skill; organizational skills; analytical and problem-solving skills; and oral and written communications skills (technical and non-technical).
  • Experience and strong understanding of the ACD system and trouble ticket process.
