We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to work at a single point of contact help desk using GroupLink’s everything Helpdesk application.
Qualifications
- Required Experience (2 years):
- Experience working at a single point of contact help desk.
- Experience using Group Link’s everything Helpdesk application.
- Experience with Jira's Service Management applications.
- Experience demonstrating strong customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
- Experience demonstrating good team-oriented interpersonal skill; organizational skills; analytical and problem-solving skills; and oral and written communications skills (technical and non-technical).
- Experience and strong understanding of the ACD system and trouble ticket process.
